  • Have been taught about the first three Usui Reiki symbols for distance and mental healing, emotional healing and for more powerful healing
  • Have hands on experience of the different types of distance healing.
  • Have been introduced to Reiki and crystals
  • Have been given a Guided meditation & visualization to meet your guides.
  • Know how to scan the energy field.
  • Know how to clear your environment of unwanted energy.
  • Have received your Level 2 attunement
